They were honest, and they knew exactly what they were doing. They came in well prepared, and they had all of the materials and equipment with them. We have had an excellent experience from beginning to present. I'd give them an A+, absolutely.
They were very professional, on time, and did a really nice job installing. I'd give them an A+ overall. I've recommended them.
They're very good; they're reliable, helpful, responsible, and trustworthy. They're all of the things that you want a security company to be. I think they go out of their way to help you. I'd give them an A overall.
The technician was knowledgeable and prompt, and the customer service was good. I'd give them an A overall.
I'd give them an A+. It was just what we expected.
They put the whole security system in my house. I think they spent some time understanding what was needed and then came up with a solution for that, rather than just pushing the standard stuff. That was something I appreciated over the other companies I talked to during the same time. They sent a technical rep who took the time to look at everything in the house and come up with a few proposals. It was detailed and customer friendly. He was not trying to push everything. He said, 'This is not needed. That is not needed. This should be what you need.' I was able to compare it. There were two other companies who came, and their technical reps were trying to sell me a fully outfitted Cadillac, which was not necessary. I would give them an A for the overall experience.
I haven't had any issues. I don't really communicate with them often, but they've been responsive when I've needed to talk to them. I'd give them an A for the overall experience.
They installed some additional alarms and turned on the alarm system. I'd give them an A overall. It was great.
