Sentry Security is very good. Whenever you call them, there is always somebody in the office that you can talk to—not a machine. The gentleman that was here was very clean, very quick, and polite. Their customer service was excellent, and they're very helpful. I would grade them an A+.

I like Sentry Security's customer service. They're always easy to deal with. We used to be locked into a seven-year contract with another firm whose customer service was awful, so I was looking for a company that would listen to us and help us fix our problems, and Sentry did.
