They got the job done quickly and efficiently. They do a good job, and they're really friendly. They replaced my roof and did the exterior painting. The roofing took a couple of days, and the painting unfortunately took a little longer because of the storm that we had for a month and a half. It was a little bit longer to get the painting done, but they did a good job. They get an excellent grade.
They are super easy to work with, and the whole process was very convenient. The home is about seven years old, and I noticed a leak in the ceiling in one of my upstairs rooms. I called Phillips to come out and take a look at the roof to see if we had storm damage. The gentleman was able to do that while I was at work since he didn't need access to the inside. When he got up there, what he found was poor-quality workmanship from when the home was built originally. He replaced the boots around the vent pipes. He didn't try to oversell me on something, and he repaired the shoddy workmanship that I had from the original contractor. I had 20 penetrations in my roof. They get an A.
They were easy to work with. The only problem we had was weather related. We just had to keep putting it off for several weeks because of rain, but there wasn't anything we could do about that. They were easy to work with due to the rescheduling and everything, and they did a good job. We got quotes from three different companies, and these guys just seemed to be more professional. Phillips gets an A for excellent work.
The salespeople that come out are very professional. They're just all very nice and very helpful. If you have a problem, they will take care of it. This time, they were doing some inside repair for the ceiling. This was the first time I had an issue, and they fixed it. They actually replaced a roof for me before. I would say they're an A-grade company.
I only really had minor work done, but they've been fine—they do a very good job. I've only worked with them twice, and I had one person who worked with me directly, which I liked. I work, but they're able to come out and deal with me over the phone; I don't have to leave my job to come and deal with them, which I also like. I've been very pleased with them. I had a minor leak in my roof that caused damage to my interior. They just had to deal with replacing one or two little shingles that had come loose on my roof. They are helping me on a second leak now. They're helping me with a claim that I have to make against the manufacturer of the shingles on my roof. The shingles have some defect in them. I would grade Phillips as an A.
Our roof was leaking, and they came. They were nice, and I felt they did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves pretty well.
When they gave me an estimate, they really explained in detail what was going on and how they were going to replace and fix it. What they were going to do was thoroughly explained. I had a skylight that had a little opening, so it was leaking. The cleanup looked fine. They would be an A-grade company to me.
Phillips did a repair for me. They gave me an estimate and charged what the estimate was. They came and performed the work as described, and they did it within the time period that they described. I would say that they're an A.
He got the job done quickly and professionally, and he was very respectful and polite. The job was a repair, and it didn't take very long at all. The exact same guy fixed the skylight in our spare room that was leaking. They're an A.
I think Phillips was pretty honest and up front, and they did excellent work. After what they did on the roof, I don't think I'm ever going to have any problems there again. The work area looked like they hadn't ever been there. I'd rate them as an A.
