I found them to be very honest. Justin Petri owns the company, and he supervises the work very closely and wants to make sure that it's done properly. They resurfaced and redid the pool, put a new deck on the pool, and installed a new filtration system. It was a pretty major project, and they did it without much delay. Even though we had some rain, they stayed right on the project. An A grade is what I would give them.
They were professional, they were timely, and they kept us informed, which I really appreciated. They resurfaced it and redid all the stonework. My husband pretty much dealt with all the specifics. I would say they're an A-grade company.
They actually were recommended by my home warranty that came out and did service work for me that year. The guys were really knowledgeable and better than my old company, so I switched to them. The guys that service the pool are really knowledgeable. They kind of explain what's going on if I have questions or if there's a problem with my equipment or anything.
It was a pretty positive experience. They were just reliable, professional, and things like that. They cleaned and got it on track and ready for use. I had a lot of problems with other companies, and they seemed like they were good, so I went with them. I would give them an A rating.
They did what they said they were going to do. They did chemical treatment. Their customer service is good.
They kept to the schedule and kept to the budget. They actually remodeled the pool, and they do monthly service for me as well. They have good customer service.
I've used them a couple of times for pool service on a weekly basis. It's for a current property I have. Justin, the owner, is prompt in getting out to see me when I need a bid or a quote and is helpful at explaining issues or needed repairs that I have. They do the repairs when needed. I had a pool that needed all-new pool equipment, resurfacing, texture, and new decking. It really needed an all-new redo. The most current job was a freeze guard and a trench drain in the decking. Their customer service is good.
I'd say they are reliable, and I'm happy with the cleanliness of my pool. They've repaired items, and they do my weekly maintenance. I'm just happy with the service that they give.
Every week my pool is clean. They do what I hired them for. They replaced a pump last year, and that was fine too. It's working well. I'd say they're an A. It's fine.
They're my weekly pool service company. I would say I've had a positive experience with them. Any time I did have an equipment issue, their people were just friendly and nice and jumped on it. One time, it didn't get fixed right—what they thought would fix it didn't fix it—and they came back and did some more work. They didn't even charge me for part of it because they felt like it was sort of their fault for not catching it. I can't say anything negative about them. They fixed the valve or something, and then they just cleaned up, making sure my chemicals were right. I started using them because I got concerned about the chemicals not being exactly right. I just wanted someone on top of that. They even recommended other people to do work here, and they've been nice. I will give them an A grade.
