I have been using them for a while. All of the workmen are very competent, and I don't mind having them in my house. The last time, a woman who works in the office rode along with the fellows so the office would know what was happening and make sure everything was OK. They ended up not really doing anything for me because it was something with my sprinkler system; it was a problem with the county water. They have put new faucets in for me and taken a squirrel out of my hot water heater. They have done some interesting things for me.
I had a great experience with Sundial. First of all, the guy who did it is one of the older gentlemen that works for Sundial. He's like 60 or 70 years old, and it was a plumbing problem where water was seeping down the pipe of my toilet. The guy worked for nine hours straight until he fixed the problem. He fixed the problem, so it was a terrifically positive experience. I chose them because I found them in Best Pick Reports.
They scheduled me quickly. I had a hot water heater that I needed replaced. I was sick, and they did it efficiently and quickly. They were extremely clean.
We used Sundial Plumbing, and they did a good job. We had a hot water heater go out, and they replaced it. They also put a new pressure valve on for us. We were having pressure issues. I'd give them an A+.
I have used Sundial Plumbing. They were great and deserve an A grade. I had called three different plumbers that could not fix my problem before I finally called them. Sundial fixed it the first time. My kitchen sink kept leaking underneath. Three different plumbers came out and redid the piping. Sundial was like, 'Oh, no. This piping is all wrong.' He fixed it one time, and it hasn't leaked in seven months. In the past, it was leaking every few months.
Normally for plumbing, I would use Sundial. They've replaced water heaters and a couple of broken pipes. I would grade them as an A.
Sundial Plumbing does a very good job. They're clean and professional. They clean up after themselves. We had a leak up at the master bath. They came out and did an identification. Then, I had my contractor do the work. They're an A-grade company.
Sundial Plumbing has been great. I always call them when I have an issue. They basically gutted toilets for me, and they did new hot water tanks for me.
It didn't require anything from me other than a checkbook. They did a good job. There were prompt, they showed up when they were supposed to, and they did a good job completing the work. They replaced the outside water spigot. They have done something for us before, too.
They showed up on time, they diagnosed the problem accurately, and they did a neat job. They had to cut into some drywall, and they actually cut a very small section of the drywall. It was just overall a great experience. I've used them several times, and I think they're great. They moved my hot water heater from inside my house to my garage and installed copper piping instead of the PVC. It probably took several hours. They took the old water heater away, installed a new one, and moved it to the garage, which required cutting some holes through the wall and repiping.
