The on-site manager was very thorough, and the crew did a perfect job. They cleaned up, and they were all very courteous. They also have a great maintenance program. Overall, they did a really fantastic job. I'd give them an A+. I have already recommended them.
We had an excellent experience. Nelson did a great job. They did exterior painting, and there was some lead paint removal involved. I thought Scott Nelson was great and really up-front about what he was going to do. The workers were really nice, very communicative, and efficient. I would grade them as an A.
The exterior, including the deck and gutters, was pressure washed and painted. They were very easy to get in touch with. They did what they said they were going to do in a timely fashion. The job that they did was phenomenal—A.
They did some painting and some odd repairs, and they changed the siding for the window. I liked them very much. They did very neat work, and they cleaned everything. If the paint dropped on the floor, they cleaned it very well. I would say they would be an A+. They do a good job. I'd highly recommend them to my friends.
I'd say Nelson Exteriors is five stars. They did some interior work. They painted my breakroom, and they painted my bedroom and bathroom—basically the whole main level of the house. They were on time. They made sure everything was done right. They had a supervisor that came in and inspected everything before the crew left, and I liked that. I'd give them an A+. I've already recommended them.
The person in charge was on-site most of the time, instead of disappearing. I've had them several years before, and the person who was in charge was never there, and the work was a lot sloppier without him. And this guy was totally different this time, and he was also hands-on. He showed people how to do it, and he was very good at doing the work, and not just supervising. They came out, and they pressure washed and painted my house, including my deck. And they repaired a balustrade railing that was crumbling. And they actually came back and took care of spots that they had missed the first time, without any questions—just immediately came and did that. I was very happy about it, because it was hard to get all of the loose parts. You had to see what would happen when it rained and after they painted. So they were good to their word, and they would come back and fix anything that they missed. I would give them an A-. The only thing they haven't done is, they were giving out a warranty, in case I sold my house, but I never got it from them. They did come back and fix it, and they did do what they said they would do. I just never got it in writing, but they might have just forgotten.
They did painting, they put a ceiling on our carport, and they replaced a screen. They were friendly and easy to get along with. They do what they say they're going to do, and if you don't like it, they'll come back and fix it. I would say I'd give them an A+.
They painted my house. They did what they said they'd do. They came out here and did a good job. I'd give them an A+. It's very likely that I'll recommend them. Actually, I've already recommended them.
They pretty much painted the interior of the whole house. They were pretty professional, and they did a great job with the work. I would rate them an A+.
They did exterior painting work on the whole house. They're a good service with friendly people. I'd give them an A+ in all areas.
