First time calling McHenry Heating and Air. Technician JASON arrived within a couple hours of my call. He was so smart and courteous and clean. Fixed the problem right away so we could heat our home. Price was very fair. GREAT COMPANY!

I have been using McHenry Heating for many years and they always have provide excellent and professional service. Most recently, I needed a few items completed. Because of issues with the wiring in my house that was discovered by the first technician, Chris, which could not be completely resolved, two days later McHenry sent out a different technician, Jake, to make sure the work was completed and I was left with fully functioning A/C and HVAC systems. Both Jake and Chris were very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to professionally complete the work. Thank you!

Chris at McHenry Heating and Air was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood all of the repairs. Services were scheduled the same day, furnace is now in great working order, and I highly recommend this company and its employees (like Chris!) who go over and beyond to meet customer needs. I recently had a new furnace and AC system installed, and the entire experience was outstanding. The team arrived on time, presented themselves professionally, and were polite from the moment they arrived. Before entering, they asked for permission and immediately put on protective boot covers, which I appreciated. They were also friendly and respectful, even taking a moment to greet my dogs. Once inside, they assessed the existing furnace, clearly explained the next steps, and got to work without delay. They took great care in protecting my home, laying down heavy duty coverings before beginning the removal. I was especially impressed by how carefully they handled the old unit, navigating it out without any damage to walls or stairs. The installation of the new system was handled efficiently and with obvious skill. All piping was completed neatly, and the AC unit was properly charged and tested. Throughout the process, the team maintained a clean workspace and treated my home with the same level of care as if it were their own. Overall, the workmanship, professionalism, and courtesy of this team were top notch. I would highly recommend their services.

My experience with the service tech and the installation team (needed to replace a 26 year old Trane) were top notch. This was my first time dealing with McHenry HVAC but they are my go to dealer now. Fair pricing and as it turned out next day installation.
