They were great; I've got no problems at all. I would highly recommend them. They did exactly what they said they were going to do in a very, very timely and professional manner. We have a very tall chimney, and it started to lean slightly from the house, so we wanted to stop it before it got too far. They get an A+.
We used Hargrave & Hargrave twice. We used them in 1996, and they did an excellent job. We used them again last year when we got our house ready to sell, and they did an excellent job. I would give them a double five-star. They're A+.
They did some work on the house for me. They were excellent. They showed up on time, but there was quite a little lag time from when we called to when they told us they would do the work. I guess they just had a lot of business. They did the work that they said they were going to do, and they took care of everything. We've been very satisfied with the results. I searched about 30 to 40 companies, and they had a very clean record. They were just excellent as far as their recommendations from other customers. I would give them an A.
They responded quickly. It took a while for them to actually do the repair, but they got started very quickly and did everything they said they would do. They actually had to come back out and do an adjustment, and they didn't give me any problems at all. They said it was under warranty and came out to make the repair. It wasn't really anything that they did wrong, it was just that I had such a big shift that it required being lifted even more after the first adjustment. Everything is good now. I asked a friend of mine, and they had heard of someone locally that used Hargrave & Hargrave before. That was the only good word-of-mouth recommendation I had gotten, so I gave them a call, and I really liked the man that came out to give me the bid. They get an A grade. I think they're wonderful, and I would recommend them to anyone.
They did some work for me last fall sometime. They were very good and very congenial. They were very up front in the way they presented what they were going to do and how they did it. I thought they did a very fine job. My son-in-law also used them, and he lives down in Dallas. He recommended that if I couldn't find anybody up in this area, to call them and see, and they were right on the spot. I would say they're very excellent from my experience. I would have them again. An A grade sounds about right.
I would highly recommend Hargrave & Hargrave. They did a good job, and everything went back into place. It was just some dry weather, and the foundation moved. We live in an area where a lot of this happens. Everything is leveled and good now. I couldn't be happier with them. I'd give them an A.
It seemed like they were pretty diligent; they were very into their work, and they seemed to be hard workers. They didn't mess around, and they didn't lollygag—they worked. They did foundation repair for me and installed piers inside and outside. I didn't have any issues with them; they did OK.
They did foundation repair. The guy came over for several months before we decided to go with it or not. He wasn't pushy or anything. I made the decision. He did a great job. They deserve an A+.
I've used them over the years. They were courteous, prompt, and did the job. There were no issues. I would give them an A with no problem.
They were very personable, and the work went well. They put in some pillars. I believe they were a referral. They're an A.
