I was extremely pleased with their work—they basically said I didn't need any work. He was pretty much straight up with me that it didn't look like there was enough of an issue to warrant them doing any work, so I felt really good about their honesty. It's exactly what a customer wants to hear—that they don't have to spend money. I found them from Best Pick Reports.
I had foundation repair done by Accurate Foundation Repair, and I was happy with them. They did good work. I would give them an A+.
They were fast, clean, and very timely. They came and laid some plastic where the dirt was going to be set, and they were able to put it all back in the same area, so they were very, very professional. They just did the foundation. I would say they're A+.
They did the foundation repair, and we were very satisfied with them. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it, and they followed up with an independent engineer. I would definitely recommend them. Hopefully, I will never have foundation problems again, but if I did, I wouldn't think twice about calling Accurate Foundation Repair. I would give them an A+. I found them from Best Pick Reports.
They came out and did the work, and they did a great job. They seemed to be up front, and they sent out a couple of experts before and after they completed the work. I just looked in Best Pick Reports and called two or three companies; Accurate Foundation Repair was one of the two that came out, and we chose them. I would give them an A+.
We used Accurate Foundation Repair. I believe they were a company I selected from Best Pick Reports. They were very up front and informative every step of the way regarding what was going to be done. They had a lot of experience—I could tell that. One of the biggest things I noticed was their cleanup after the work was done. You could barely tell there were any foundation repairs that were performed. That's really important when you're moving concrete and landscaping and things like that. They were on time and did the job when they said they were going to do it, and they did it in the time they allotted. They were very professional. I'd give them an A+.
They came to my home close to a year ago. There was no work needed. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for as far as foundation repair versus minor cracks. I had a small, small hairline crack in my tile, and I overreacted. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They walked around my house with me, checked it out, and made sure nothing was wrong. In addition to that, he said, 'No, this is what you would look for. You don't have this.' They did not try to hose me over for any work that did not have to be done. They didn't charge me—they came out with a free estimate just to see what was going on, and nothing needed to happen, so they were completely honest with me that no work needed to be done. I hope not to have any foundation work that needs to be done any time soon, but I will go to them because they didn't try to hose me over.
Accurate Foundation Repair is a great company. They came exactly when they were supposed to, and they did what they said they would do. I have one little piece that I want to have done that they're going to come back and fix, and they'll do it. They really tried hard with the new flowerbed that I just put in, and they salvaged that. I appreciate that—I don't think everybody would do that. I'd give them a solid A.
I didn't need to have work done. They recommended that I not get the work done because it wasn't needed at this time, so it was good.
I actually didn't have them do any work because they said nothing was wrong with the foundation, but the gentleman they sent out was very polite and professional. He gave me 15 to 20 minutes of his time talking about prevention techniques and things I needed to do, but the state of the foundation right then was fine. He offered to recommend me vendors for gutters and landscaping and such. I ended up doing that on my own, but if I had any repairs that needed to be done, I would have no hesitation calling them in. They were just very nice and very forthcoming with information even though they weren't going to gain from it.
