They did a general electrical check on my house. They were very professional and very nice. Belco was a very good choice—perfect, actually. I'd give them an A.
The electrician fixed several outlets in the garage and a light in the kitchen. He was very thorough, and he told me what kind of fixture to get for the kitchen. I'd give them an A+. He was really good.
Belco replaced some sockets. They were very easy to work with. You give them a call, they look at it, they say what the job's going to be, and there you go. I'd give them an A+.
They were very helpful and very informative. They didn't just fix it and hand over the receipt; they showed us a better way to secure our electrical boxes and what needed to be done in the future. I would give Belco an A+.
I was very pleased with them. in fact, we went ahead and got a warranty for a year, so they're going to come out and do a checkup for us, and if we need any further service, we'll be the right away. They were very professional. They were there when they were supposed to be, and they did what they were supposed to do. We're just all around very impressed. Belco hung a light fixture on the ceiling. They were very knowledgeable of what they were doing and very nice. We'd give them an A+.
I had a short outside at the electrical box, and the utility company had to be here too, but he was very good. If it hadn't had been for him I never would have been able to get the utility company back out here again recently. He was very nice and courteous. He came a lot earlier that day than I expected him to, which was a plus. Between him and the utility company, they got everything fixed. I'd give him a double A+. I was very pleased with the company. I also recommended him to my son that lives in Buckhead.
The problem turned out to be much simpler than I thought. They checked out a switch, and I thought they were going to have to install a new motion detector but it turned out the one that I had was working. The fellow who came had been here before, and he's very dependable, on time, and knows what he's doing. I'd give them an A+.
I needed some help with my upstairs smoke detector, and they also did a general check of power and outlets throughout my house. The service representative was nice, helpful, and informative. They were pretty easy to schedule and got out there quickly. They get an A.
He was very polite, seemed to know what he was doing, and I liked the way they charge by the hour. I would give them an A.
