I liked everything about Belco. I really appreciated the fact that Tim Jackson came out—the manager of all the techs that come out. He came free of charge to double-check the employees that had come the night before for an after-hours call, just to make sure they did everything correctly. One of our primes started smelling like burning wires, and they wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong with our circuit box. I'd grade them an A+.
Belco did real good work. The fellow that came out knew what he was doing. He got it fixed, and I was impressed. We'd had an electrical storm, and the electricity in the garage went out. A couple of those GFCI outlets that I bought had zotched out. He came in, figured it out, got it done, and was out of here in a short period of time. He did A work.
Belco was here at one time, quite a while ago, but they were very good. I kept the little sticker to refer them if I find anybody who wants a name. He put up a chandelier and did a good job. He was very nice, did it very quickly, and left. I'd say it was excellent.
I like their customer service and their response time. They did electrical work. I heard about them through Best Pick Reports. I'd give them an A+.
Belco did a good job putting in my ceiling fan. They were on time, and they did the job right. They even corrected somebody else's mistake. I got them out of the Best Pick Reports. They're an A+.
Belco was just very professional and did a great job. He routed some wiring for us. I'd give them an A+.
Belco came out, they did a good job, and they were flexible. They installed a ceiling light for me. I'd rate them as an A+.
Belco was very quick to respond. I had them to replace an electrical light fixture. I had taken a little bit of time and called around, but I got several different people that said they would be there a few days later, so I chose them. I'd grade them an A+.
They were polite and professional when I called, and they were on time with the date. He did the services that were required. He had to install a lightning rod for me. I chose them because of that Cobb County Best Pick Reports. He gets an A+.
We've used Belco Electric, and I would give them an A. They've always done a good job. We've had them out several times to fix normal stuff, and they always get the thing fixed.
