“They were very pleasant and friendly, and they cleaned up after themselves. They wore little booties when they were in the house and laid out tarps. They took the time to go through all of the ductwork and clean everything really well. It was just a very good job, overall. The house had been a foreclosure, and then it had been fixed up by an investor, and then I bought it, so I just didn’t know what the whole history was. I’d seen dirt in the vents, and that had me concerned that the rest of it might be bad. I was concerned about the stuff that I couldn’t see or smell. I wanted to start fresh. I’d give them an A.”
