Total Air & Heat's service was great. They did heating and air, and their customer service was fabulous. I'd rate them an A+ company.
They're very good at what they do, and I've used them for many, many years. I would recommend them highly. They have both serviced my air conditioning equipment and replaced it. Overall, I'd say their customer service is excellent. They're excellent in every category.
They were awesome. They installed both A/C units and the heaters as well. I've been with them a long time, and they're very, very professional. The gentleman—I think his name was Ryan—was especially professional with my mom. She's 84 years old, and she had a lot of questions. He was very cordial and polite, and he answered all the questions. She even asked the same question probably a couple times. I definitely would recommend them to anybody—all my neighbors and friends. I've been using them for at least 10 to 15 years now. When they did mine, it was pouring rain, and he had to put up a canopy with the poles and all that stuff. I said, 'Dude, just come back tomorrow.' He said, 'No, you need this fixed.' That really stuck in my mind when I first started with them—they made sure it got done. It's an A+ company.
I ended up going with Total Air & Heat, and my experience was excellent. They knew what they were doing. They evaluated everything properly, and they did a great job. They get an A rating.
They have done several different jobs for us. I had my air conditioners go out at ten years. I lost two of them, luckily at the same time. Total Air & Heat came out, and they were very good. They did an evaluation on our whole system. When the builder put the ductwork in, they put it in the attic, which of course you'd expect, but some of the ductwork had insulation inside the ducts. For the small ducts that go to each room, the insulation was on the outside, but the junction boxes all had insulation on the inside. After eight years, that fiberglass insulation, began to decompose. We ended up seeing dust in the house, and we were trying to figure out where it was coming from. We just happened to have the air conditioners replaced, and they said our problem was in the junction boxes. I have a five-ton unit and a four-ton unit. They did more work on the four-ton than the five-ton, which is absolutely crazy. The part of the house that was being air conditioned was more from the four-ton than the five, and the five is a bigger unit. We had to adjust a lot of ducts in the attic to balance it out. Then, they put in the type of duct where it goes into a specific room so I can adjust it. If I don't need one room freezing, I can turn it off or just cut it back, which would then allow more air to go to the other parts of the house. They did extremely well. I'd give them an A.
Total Air & Heat put in a brand-new air conditioning system with a furnace and a Trane heat pump. They came back out because it was loud. They put a baffle unit inside the intake area, and now it's quiet. Their customer service was excellent, overall. I would rate them as an A.
They replaced my air conditioning and heating unit inside and out. I'd never used them before, but I would use them again. Their customer service was outstanding. They earned an A.
I will use them again. They replaced the air duct in the attic and changed the routing for some of the other air ducts. They made the rooms cooler, and they did great work. They're excellent.
They came on time, they didn't make a mess, and they did the work at the price quoted. They were polite and conducted themselves professionally at all times. They did annual inspections on both our units, and they replaced the downstairs unit. I've used them several times. They have good customer service. I'd rate them as excellent.
I've used Total Air & Heat for years. I think I got them out of the Best Pick Reports, too. I like the annual service agreement I have. I like the flexibility in scheduling my tune-ups, and I feel confident that they're not going to do poor or unnecessary work. I've gotten two new furnaces and a new air conditioner through them, and they do seasonal tune-ups. I'd give them an A.
