I understand that the touch up paint and the lock come from the manufacturer, but we had a non-working door for weeks until the new lock was installed.  I also had to remind Brennan beginning in April about the touch up paint and did not receive it until June.  And then I had to go to the post office to pay shipping to pick it up.
