I have been noticing that my toilet bowls have a lot of built up even though I clean them weekly, windows and glassware, any plastic surface has a black oily film over it. We immediately called the plumber to check our water heater because i refused to think it was the filtration system. They ended up coming out and servicing our water heater but the issue persisted so I called them back again.  He questioned us in detail about the issues, being completely perplexed by what was happening because he has never had a similar issue arise in 25 years of service. When we told them we have a water filtration in the house he suggested that we bypass the filtration system and see if there is a change in the water, also suggesting we get a service out here to check the system. Since bypassing the filtration system I have not seen any reside. But now we have been calling the schedule service and not been contacted back by the company. I’m infuriated that after spending thousands of dollars on a whole house water system filtration that they were so eager to install we have not had the same eager response de to get service out here.
