“Everything was good. They did water damage and mold remediation. I was out of town dealing with a family emergency, and they did a fantastic job of working with me. I feel like they went above and beyond. I would grade ProTech an A+.”
“They were wonderful. A major pipe disintegrated, and they cleaned the carpet and the ceiling tiles before the plumber came. They were very meticulous—really good. I had an excellent experience. I would give them an A+.”
“It was excellent. There was water damage from a ruptured pipe. The gentleman was extremely professional and did a great job. They get an A from me, and I'd recommend them to a friend.”
“It was water damage from a sump pump that stopped working. The technician was excellent. I would recommend them to a friend. I would give them an A+ rating.”
“They are awesome. I had no problems with their work. I actually like them a lot. They helped with water damage. I was pleased, and I would recommend them.”
“That was last Summer, and we had a very good experience with them. They were very nice, professional, polite, courteous, and they cleaned up everything really well. Whenever they were in or out, it was like they were never here. And one thing that was especially nice is, they put stuff back. I didn't have to take a picture to remember where everything went. If they moved something, they put it right back where it was, and it really made it a better experience than it could have been. It was unsettling to have the water damage, but they didn't make more of a mess. I would grade them A across the board. I had no problems at all. If they said they were going to be here at a certain time, they were here. If I had a question, they answered it. It went very smoothly, from start to finish. I really got to know them and their different specialties that they brought in, like painting and carpeting. They were really excellent.”
“They were outstanding. We had black mold. They were very helpful. I would recommend them.”
“They did basement water damage restoration. They repaired what was damaged; all they did was dry it out. They did excellent work; no problems.”
“They followed through, and they helped me find people to do other stuff that they didn't do. They decontaminated the area. I had water damage, and they did the decontamination of that and worked with the plumber to find out where the water was coming from. I would grade them an A+.”
“They were efficient, and they cleaned everything; that's what I liked most about them. That and they just did a good job. They did water restoration of the lower level of my house. I would grade them an A+. I would recommend them.”
