“I had a very positive experience with Boot Road Tree. The owner did a walk-through of the property and told us which trees should come down for the safety of the house, which was awesome. They're A+, without a doubt.”
“They were absolutely excellent. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and they did not leave a mess. Boot Road Tree did a great job. They were just phenomenal. They're very popular around here, and now I know why. I'd give them an A+.”
“I thought they were fabulous. The owner and his crew did really good work. They cleaned up after themselves entirely, and they were just really respectful of the property. It was A+ work.”
“It was a very good experience. They came in, and they did a very good job of it. Their customer service, punctuality, and cleanliness were very good. I'd give Boot Road Tree an A+.”
“It far exceeded my expectations. They were so incredible. What blew me away was Brian, who I worked with for my estimate and everything else. He followed up, and not only did I get the estimate, but he had his insurance agent send me over a court-form showing proof of his insurance and what he's insured for. He was the only company that did that. When the job was being done, we'd initially talked about twelve trees, but at the last minute me and my significant other, during the job, increased the scope. We had two more trees on the larger side taken out, and again, Brian was more than accommodating—'No problem. Yes, we can do that.' Then we increased the scope of the job even more once they were to have some tree stumps ground down and taken out. I liked the professionalism, the project management, and then on top of that, the care they took with my property. They had to bring a crane in. These trees were 75-100 feet tall. The crane's heavy, so they put these crazy blankets down, and the purpose was to protect my grass and the turf. They just totally blew it out of the ballpark in terms of exceeding my expectations. There were no complaints whatsoever, and I would highly recommend them.”
“They did emergency tree work for me—tree and stump removal. I'd give them an A+. They were very good and very efficient. It was like the tree was never laying there. They cleaned up afterward. They were unbelievable.”
“They cleared some brush that I had accumulated over the past couple years. They came in, ground it up, and hauled it away. I'd probably give them an A. I don't think anybody's perfect, but they're close to it. I'd definitely use their services again.”
“They did an excellent job. I like their work and their workmanship. They did a great job.”
“They did an excellent job. They came out when they said they would, got it done during the day, and didn't mess up my grass. They get an A. ”
“We were really pleased with Boot Road Tree Company. The owner came and did the estimate. He was very professional and friendly the whole time. He sent a team a couple days later, and they did the work. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned everything up very nicely. I had no complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend them.”
