with the Green Future team for a multi-phased project back in 2024.  After getting HOA and County approval for the project, Phase I - one leaning tree was removed from the front yard and 8-9 trees were removed from our backyard.\n\nThe trees in the backyard were removed to make way for Phase II which was the building of a deck and screened in porch.\n\nThe project started off a little slow as they are in high-demand but once the GF team got going, everything went smoothly, the craftsmanship and quality of the work was top notch, and they took care of the permit and inspection process with the County.\n\nThe work from the GF team was impressive from the screened in porch with remote ceiling fan and door to the deck and bump out that was a perfect fit for my grill.  We had stair lights added for aesthetics.\n\nThe team, Anthony Martone (Project Mgr.) Walter Rivas (Construction Mgr.)., Alicia Belville (Design Center Specialist), and their crew were all very pleasant and professional to work with.\n\nWe are actually doing Phases III and IV with them now that includes pavers under the deck/porch and grading/reseeding of the area where the trees were cleared out in the backyard just off of the deck.\n\nThe only negative if you want to call it a negative, is that they get very busy in the spring and summer because they do great work.  So, if you want high-quality work done, you better book them now!
