Tim, the CEO, came out for a walkthrough and was tremendously helpful in deciding what we wanted to do; he was fully engaged and easy to work with as we pinned down all the details in subsequent emails and a return visit. His written quote was detailed and he was very transparent when discussing costs and competing bids.\n\nJuan is the foreman of a four-man team who came out over two days to do the work. They worked hard and carefully. Juan was helpful in discussing the details of the job and advising any changes; his decades of experience and his vision for garden spaces resulted in a great understanding of exactly what we were looking for. His team did outstanding work and we are very happy with the attractive, neat result.
