“Well, here's what it comes down to. Basically, if we have a problem, they come out and they fix it, and they seem to be very responsive. My wife mostly deals with them but she seems to have always had a good response with them. I mean if a head's broken, they'll come out and fix it. If a timer needs to be updated, they'll walk us through it. So we've had a good experience over the years. I think they installed it and I think they do the maintenance on it. A+ is fine.”
