The first PM I had was good, but then all of a sudden he was always gone, then after weeks of no communication, I was informed he was no longer my PM. This happened again with my 2nd PM. Then I had a 3rd. Promises were made about getting things done and then I would never hear from them. If I never called asking questions and when things would be done, I think my project would still be ongoing. Communication was unfortunately just terrible and I would rather have had another company with better customer service after it was all said and done. That being said, the admin staff of the company was always really helpful, and the crews working on site did great work. Then they told Pacific Exteriors they called out sick. When the work was complete a walk through showed the guy who did some of the work didn't do a good job, with gaps in the siding alignment Exposing the underlayment and some trim pieces had to be replaced and done with different sized materials. The cleanup wasn't very good at all to top it off.The rubber pieces from the barrier end up all over the place and resemble tic tacks split in half and there were staples and nails all over my driveway and yard despite then laying down tarps and using a magnet afterwards. I attribute the mess to some of the workers rolling up the tarps because they needed room for the dumpster to be picked up, but at least take the time to look over the area afterwards. We were lucky none of the nails ended up in our car tires.  I also purposely set aside some siding they removed to reuse on a different area, then the other crew threw it away! They did end up replacing it with a new piece, but not until a week after the job was finally complete.
