not recommend. You hear good things about companies and then the experience turns out to be horrible. It’s a lack of communication between the managers of Sprague and the actual contractors doing the work. Worst company we have chosen in a while and still repairing the messes they left behind. Andrew Roach is GREAT. I would recommend him only but beyond him, the experience is terrible. Andrew helped with the insurance adjuster and he did offer to send contractors back to fix all the ripped off paint and raw wood issues they caused but after you have a month long experience like we had and already they “tried” to fix the issues and don’t know how apparently… NOPE I don’t want you to come back and keep making it worse. Such a mess. They ended up having to replace our garage door from a dent, from shingles falling, slamming, because they didn’t even cover the front of the garage with the mesh protectors like I see all other roofing companies do. So thanks for the new door, I appreciate them at least completing that…\nNever heard from Josh Sienna the manager either.\nIf you want your home to be left in WORSE condition then go ahead and use Sprague Roofing.
