Even after almost 3 years since the installation, he took the time to explain how to file the warranty claim. He guided me step-by-step over the phone, helping me find the correct size, code, and glass type to submit to the warranty company. Then he followed up with a detailed email explaining what to expect, how long the replacement would take, and that he would help arrange installation once the window arrived.\n\nAnd they delivered exactly what they promised. I received the replacement glass, and my window looks brand-new again. I am so happy.\n\nThis is truly the best customer service I have ever experienced. My friends and neighbors agree that Allied Siding & Windows is the best company in town, and many of them now keep this company at the top of their list.
