After much deligence on her part, way beyond the call of duty...she passed me on to Jack at sales...the man is a walking encyclopedia of his trade...One minute with Jack and you know he lives and breathes roofing and his sincerity is matched by the companies straight forward honest, easy to understand,  fair system and pricing.  Just when I thouight they could not out do themselves their crew showed up.  They were well behaved, clean, hardworking and even more impressive \"craftsmen\" in what is quickly becoming a lost art.  Jorge, the field supervisor not only kept me informed of what was going on but he was also very knowledgeble, confident and competent. My roof had a leak in one of the upstairs bedrooms, minor leak, no water just a small stain on the ceiling. With the upcoming snow storm I got worried so I called Roof Masters and they came the next day to patch up my roof to make sure no melting snow would get into my attic. They really saved me! Its been over a week with a sheet of ice on my roof and no issues at all, and im so happy that i dont have to worry about it. Great customer service and responsiveness also. I called a few roofers a couple days before the snow storm and only Roof Masters was able to help. I live in a heavily wooded area so I get a lot of branches falling on my house. I will definitely be calling Roof Masters if I ever have another issue with my roof!
