I used website late in evening to ask for appointment and CEDRIC called next day. He was flexible and early. Cedric explained the entire process and was able to present a great price. We signed contract and agreed on date, very easy. Work was all completed with care and concern for neighbors and my property. They had to replace brick flashing that others said unable to do it. Cedric made it happen and it looks fantastic. Cedric and CREW are very professional and clean. Job done well and very happy with it. When I need a new roof CEDRIC at Storm Guard will be my choice. I highly recommend them.

They did my roof about four years ago. Recently had water damage again (1st pic). Tried calling them twice over a three week period. No response yet. About a month after the job I notice a water mark (2nd pic). His team did come over and noted it was due to a mistake on their part. They did not paint the entire ceiling rather sprayed the affected area and repainted. They promised it would look the same and of course it does not. I did opt to pay for the upgrades but clearly was not worth it. I had an another company come out and take a look. They flat out side the person who did your roof did a terrible job. There are expose nails that is causing my leaks. Even though they might do a decent job at first I would not trust these guys. I got a feeling they did it on purpose cause I caught them using a lesser product then what I paid for and some sketchy stuff on the contract. 10/29/24 - Updated - I had two other roofers check my roof, both confirmed it was due to poor workmanship (ie nails are still exposed and not properly covered via the previous roof shingle). CUSTOMERS - BEWARE - Their explanation is how these types of companies cheat good hardworking families. It took this review for them to contact me. If they were so honest as they claimed why wasn't any of my calls returned. I wouldn't let them on my property now even if they said its for free.

Huge shoutout to Don and Marcus from Storm Guard of DuPage! They stopped by to do a free inspection on our roof, which is only about 5 months old, and pointed out some damage we had no idea was there. On top of that, they noticed the shingles might not even be the right kind and suggested we check in with our original contractor and insurance. We reached out to our insurance, and let’s just say—they definitely had some questions for the contractor who did the work. The best part? Don and Marcus did all of this knowing there wasn’t a job in it for them. No pressure, no sales pitch—just genuinely helpful people looking out for homeowners. Super grateful for their honesty and attention to detail. Definitely recommend giving them a call, even if your roof is “brand new” like ours.

I had my roof replaced by Storm Guard (Dupage) just 3 years ago and am now dealing with leaks. When I called for support, they told me they no longer service my area and quoted an outrageous trip fee, plus a minimum repair cost of $950 — clearly intended to discourage me. This tells me they don’t believe in or stand behind the quality of their work. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, long-term roofing solutions. Future homeowners, beware.
