Jennifer was there for every step of everything including helping me to get the information I needed to be able to contact my HOA. To us, this was going the extra mile because she could've told us that we needed to figure out the HOA paperwork for ourselves. But Jennifer made sure to help me make contact and to know what paperwork to expect so that we were prepared. Jennifer made sure that the work done on our home was up to her perfectionism standards. We didn't feel like we ever needed to step in and micromanage and supervise additionally because Jennifer was there for EVERY step or EVERYthing that needed to be done. Additionally, we'd also like to extend our gratitude to Jesus Rodriguez who helped provide the information on what we would be getting in our roof replacements, what our options were, and what the warranties would be on it all. He broke down how the insurance would cover our project in a way that was easy for us to understand. English is not our primary language in our household but Jesus and Jennifer were both very patient and respectful towards my parents who would struggle to put together their thoughts and questions.
