Jacob was very responsive to our questions and concerns about the project. We liked that Remedy Roofing listened to us and did not try to sell us something we did not want. They provided a fair estimate for installing 6-inch gutters on the back of the house (connecting the downspouts with our French drains) and repairing a break in our flashing. They were ready to install within a week. After installation, we had a 2.5-inch downpour that tested the new gutters.
