We're under a maintenance agreement for weekly service and they've done a good job keeping that schedule. I don't think they've ever missed a week. They've been timely, and if I've had a question that comes up during the week, I've called them and they've dealt with it on their weekly visit. They've been very responsive. We've needed to change out a lot of equipment since it was an older pool, and they didn't sell us anything we didn't need. I had quotes from another pool company, and they basically said I should just replace 100 percent of the equipment. AquaVision took a different track, and at this point, I would say it was the right track to take. They've only ever told us to replace or repair something if we've said we needed it. I'd give them an A+. They've done nice work, and it's always clean, professional, and timely.”

They had just installed a new timer, but then it went out, so they came right back and fixed it. We've only lived here three years, and the pool was here when we moved in. We don't have a service contract—we just call them. The technicians have all been excellent, professional, and wonderful. I think I got their name out of the Home Reports book, and I will absolutely continue to use them. They're very quick to respond—I never have to wait a week or anything like that, so I like that.
