Raphael Ramirez, a service technician, came today to do a maintenance check. He got a code 22 just like we have been getting since the install. Raphael said a code 22 must be corrected, since it's an error code there is something wrong.  I told him I've called in several times to get it fixed but to avail. Also, the hurricane pad cracked shortly after install and the rear inside unit has had a cracked hinge since the install. Still waiting to get everything fixed after a year!
