I have given up trying to be reimbursed by Prime Plumbing because they have consistently blamed other parties (they say problems under the sidewalk are Baltimore City's responsibility). I filed a homeowners claim for the sewage backup in our basement and repairs are underway. I've currently spent $3,000 of my own money to fix the sidewalk for which I'll likely never be reimbursed by Prime
