The bed had a very difficult platform to disassemble and reassemble at the point of delivery. Moses did an excellent job and was so patient and calm even though it was a very difficult and unexpected problem. He and the loading crew were great. Then at my new home when he and his other crew did the unpacking and haul away they were extremely patient, and managed to get the bedroom set through a very small, difficult hallway. They were so very careful with my statues and artwork and high value things and were great about repositioning heavy items for me so i wouldn't have to try to lift them. They were very professional and ask me where things should go if there was any question about location. I had heard so many moving van horror stories that I was totally amazed that I was soooo fortunate to have had Moses and his crews. He was just great and treated me and my things like you would for your own family.
