I called the office and tried every extension, no answer. I finally got fed up and didn’t want my kids not to be able to enjoy the yard over the holiday and mowed it myself. Here we are Saturday and the crew finally showed. I don’t care about 26 mows or whatever for the year, I care more about my grass being mowed for Memorial Day. I also care about communication and letting me know hey we will make sure your yard is taken care of but obviously I’m asking too much.  I’m paying way more than the next competitor and thought I would be getting that kind of service.
