Warranty
Papalia provides a two-year labor warranty on materials and workmanship and includes one year of preventative maintenance with new HVAC installations. Equipment is registered with the manufacturer so that customers receive limited warranty terms.

I chose them because my neighbor had a good experience with them. He had recommended them to me when I asked him. I called them, and they responded. It cost me like over $600 to get something fixed, which I thought was really high. Service-wise, they showed and they did the work—that was all fine. In fact, it was better than average.
