“They sent a very competent technician to our house to help troubleshoot a problem that we had for a very long period of time. As a company, they have always stood behind their work, which is something you don't find with every company. They continue to impress me in the fact that they stand behind the work they do. The main thing they did, and it's pretty technical, but there's this thing called a TXV—it's part of my high-velocity air conditioning unit—and they determined that the TXV that was installed in my system was actually the wrong size for what I needed. They had to first get to the bottom of that, and then they had to replace it. It wasn't very easy because the unit itself is buried in my attic where there's barely any room to get in there, so it's a very tight space they had to work in to replace that. Once they're done, they then have to restart the whole system up and make sure everything is working because that type of maintenance requires them to first evacuate all the refrigerant from the system. The other thing they did—there were two parts—was they installed something known as a low ambient control kit on my outside air conditioning condenser. The combination of both of those solved the problem that I was having for a very long period of time where I couldn't run my air conditioning when the temperature was on the colder side outside, and the two things they did repaired that for me. It'd definitely be excellent—no complaints. I deal with a lot of companies, and most of them do not have the integrity like Unique Indoor Comfort.”
