“Trusted Toolbox was great. They mounted two televisions and did electrical work. The crew was pleasant and nice, and they cleaned up. I would definitely give them an A, and I would definitely recommend them.”
“I would absolutely recommend them. I've used them three times already; they are definitely five stars in my book.”
“They did a great job. They took the door off and installed a new one. They were efficient and got it done quickly. They came out quickly, which was nice. I would give them an A rating.”
“They replaced the floor under the kitchen sink and the garbage disposal. They were very friendly and did a great job. They were right on time and cleaned it all up. I would give them an A.”
“The technician did a fantastic job. It was excellent.”
“They did great. There was a bunch of miscellaneous tasks that needed to be done in my young adult son's condo, things like light plumbing and curtain rod installation, as well as a number of other minor handy man tasks. They were very prompt. One thing I especially appreciated was when I inquired about a kitchen faucet. I had a time constraint, and they told me they could only send someone who wasn't a certified plumber. It sounded like the whole faucet needed to be replaced, but the guy came, looked at it, and said that, while he wasn't certified, he could do what needed to be done to stop the leak. He also said that the faucet didn't need replacing. He did whatever he did, and the leak stopped; and that was a few months ago. I would grade them an A. There was some billing miscommunication on the follow-up. I had asked her to email it, and she thought I had said to mail it, but that was the only problem I had.”
“They replaced my outside floodlights, put in some brace supports on my cabinets, installed some closet hardware, and then repaired some other hardware in another closet. It was an older gentleman who came, and he was really nice. It was like your grandpa coming over, so we chatted, and he was very nice. It was a good experience. I would grade them an A. Everything held up, and they did well. I would definitely recommend using them for handyman services.”
“They were really good.”
“The Trusted Toolbox put in a new window. We had an issue with our big pane window, and they changed it out. I wasn't there when they did the work, but when I came back, everything was clean, and it looked like everything was done professionally. I would grade them an A.”
“They did some wood trim work on the outside of the house. I like their promptness and professionalism; and their quality of work was good too.”
