“I like the product and the explanation of the product we got when we were trying to get educated on various types of gutter protections systems. The design seems very logical that it will work. We were happy with going with them. They'd get an A overall. There was a slight issue. We have a little area in the back that juts out from the kitchen. It's a small, probably eight-by-ten-inch extension from the kitchen, like a bump where the window is. There's a gutter there, he when he came out he was doing everything from the upper, second floor roof, so he completely forgot about the lower part in the back. it's a tiny little piece, but he realized his error and came back. He was looking at the sheet later and said, 'Wait a minute, there's a notation on here about this. I didn't do that. I don't remember even seeing that.' So he came back and said, 'Can I go look in your backyard? I think I might've missed something.' He came back later in the day on his own, looked at it, and said, 'Yeah, I didn't do that part. Would you mind if I went up and did it?' I said 'Yeah that's fine thanks.' He rings the doorbell two minutes later and says, 'I'm sorry, I can't. When I was at the job after I left your house, they sent someone else to my truck to pick up all of that same colored gutter protection system, so I don't have the right color. They took it all away from me off of my truck, so I'll need to make arrangements to have someone come out and do that.' So he put a ticket in, and the next day someone came out and did that little piece. They were here, they finished it in a couple of minutes, and then they were gone. That was the only thing, but I was very impressed that he was following up on his own paperwork and realized he had an error. He could have easily not come back and done that, and I might not have noticed until much later. I was very happy that he caught his mistake, tried to make good on it, and it got resolved.”
