I later saw them screwing in the warped boards instead of replacing them. I stopped the work and called the office. Even the salesperson confirmed we had discussed replacing the boards. Despite this, the installers insisted the boards were fine and continued the job.\n\nIn the end, the boards were not replaced. They were simply screwed back in, wrapped in aluminum, and the gutters were installed. We paid $4,000 for 62 feet of gutters, two downspouts, and fascia wrapping. I believe we overpaid, especially since the work wasn’t done as promised.\n\nThe final result was not as clean as expected—some aluminum sheets are misaligned, and the corners are poorly finished. I value transparency, and I was clear about what we needed. I hope this does not lead to issues down the road, especially with the boards that were suppose to be replaced.
