(Photos attached) but there is PVC pipe exposed in the yard and this was not draining the water properly so another tech came out and placed another drain.\n\nYet, the basement still flooded. They came out and replaced the sump pump. And the area is still flooding from the wall that they were suppose to repair the first time they came out.\n\nIn between all of this I had multiple times that techs just did not show up. No call or anything, just didn’t come! Now they are saying I need to pay to have all of this fixed when it was never done correctly.\n\nThrough all of the flooding, calls for service, people not showing up, things not being fixed this whole experience feels like a waste of time, a major regret of using the company and a scam.
