Angie was meticulous in taking this complex project back to David, the President, for his input.  He agreed to do the work from the top of the deck and not have to remove the undercover decking.  The lead foreman was picked based on his unbelievable craftmanship that quickly became evident to me.  After removing the deck boards the deterioration in the structure was very visible.   This was on a Friday.  David called me to reassure me they could fix this and not to worry over the weekend about it.  I had not previously communicated with David. They completed the entire rebuild by the next Thursday.  David was on site that day to oversee the completion.
