It was an electrical problem that was going from inside the house to outside the house, and there was a problem with that. He told me, 'I will try this, but I don't know if it will work. Do you understand?' I said yes, and he tried that, but it didn't stay working. So he came back, did a complete job, and it's been working six months to a year. I would give them an A+.”
