I have spoken to customer service reps, kind people who said they would submit to their manager, caring individuals who said they personally would ensure the messages were received - to no avail. I have left messages for “the accounting department” that don’t even yield a call back. The technician spent 80 percent of his time in our attic providing a free service that we hesitantly agreed to. What the tech didn’t do was the dryer vent clean out to the exterior wall. He didn’t have the equipment despite that being the requested service. However, he did say he could get most of it. Fun fact, we had someone else out after waiting for the tech to return for a week and the duct clogged his machine. Monarch’s clean out went approximately two feet in the interior of our home and zero feet on the exterior. We are now concerned about what the tech did in the attic for so long.
