“I was really pleased with TLC Water & Fire Restoration. A pipe underneath my bathtub broke and flooded my master bath. They were there the next day, and that was amazing. They were respectful, and they followed up and came when they said they were going to. I would recommend them, and I'd give them an A. They were great. They knew what they were doing.”
“They removed a bunch of debris from a fire I had at a rental property. They did what they needed to do on the outside of the house, and when I needed the inside done, I called them back because it was a seamless process. The person in the office was wonderful. I'd give them an A.”
“TLC cleaned up a sewer backup in my basement. I loved their quick responses; they were very responsive. They're an A.”
“It was a fire, and they were all very nice and professional—A+.”
“I had a really bad fire. I lived in a bi-level. What they did was they removed the contents of the house. Everybody that was on the crew that worked here at my house, they were just a nice bunch of guys. I would give those guys an A+. I'm very likely to recommend them.”
“I had a positive experience.”
“I had what I thought to be a unique situation. They couldn't do the cleaning in the home, so they removed the items from the home and did it pretty quickly. It was a good experience. I just had some furniture—a mattress and a couch—that had absorbed some odors that I needed removed from the material. They took them to their shop, did the cleaning there, and then brought them back here to the apartment. I would actually say they're an A- because the final delivery took a little longer than I would've liked, but overall, it was a good experience.”
“TLC did a wonderful job cleaning up our basement after a major sewage emergency. They were very efficient, they were available quickly, and they did the job thoroughly. We had a sewage line back up into our basement, and TLC was very good. They did a great job, so I'd give them an A+.”
“They were very professional, polite, and efficient. I had a pipe under the sink that leaked and caused a problem with the hardwood floors, and they investigated the extent of the damage. I would recommend them, and I'd give them an A+ grade.”
“TLC was great. They were very responsive and did everything they were asked to do. We had flood damage. Their customer service was excellent, and they were very professional and on time. It was very nice to have a contractor work that way. I would rate them as an A.”
