The work was great, overall, but that was primarily on the contractors. However, without going through the company, I would never get to experience the work of the contractors, so I had to give credit to the company for having great contractors. The only issue regarding recommendation is that, I have gone through two project managers because one left the company, and the other was on his way to retirement after he took over my project. Neither one of them had any sort of follow up. When the first one left, apparently he did not have a proper \"hand-over\" of our project to someone else; didn't notify me he'd be leaving (basically I reached out to him several times and he never responded, so I assumed he was too busy to respond, which was still not okay.) So when the other person picked up our project, there was a good amount of misunderstanding. It was also closed to the second person's retirement, so even though he came to check on the progress maybe once a week, it was ultimately me working directly with the contractors because the second person was pretty much \"out\"... I would be more satisfied if the company, as a whole, would follow up with me to see how everything went after the completion of the project. The only \"follow up\" was this email inviting me to do the survey.
