The technicians, Mario and Carlos are highly professional and very efficient.\n\nI had the waterproofing and drain system installed by quality 1st a year ago. When I initially had the install completed NYC had a code for sumps to be pumped directly into the sewage drain. I had to hire a plumber to attach the sumps into the drain line.  A month ago they sent a notice and the city changed their mind; they now want gutters and sumps to be pumped to the yard (which will end up in the same drain anyways - that’s a story for another day). Juan from the service department spoke with me on the phone, we came up with a gameplan to install a diverter or a wye with a valve having a discharge line to go to the sewer and one to the front (just in case the city changes their mind again). Set up a date - Carlos and Mario showed up and executed it perfectly. They even installed the jblock on the vinyl siding to finish it off.
