They built a deck for me, Concepcion recommended going through the PWC permit process and I am glad he did since it resulted in a better end product and it was nice having a neutral 3rd party assure everything was done correctly.  Concepcion is communicative and willing to work through any issues with you.  His crew was great and in the end I am satisfied with the new deck.  I would use Concepcion and his crew again for future projects.\n\nUPDATE:  As I mentioned I would use them again on another project, that came sooner than expected and I ended up having Concepcion build a new paver walkway around the side of my house to connect the driveway to the new deck area.  Once again I was impressed with his crew and their craftsmanship, as the walkway turned out beautifully.  I wanted to leave this as a separate review but apparently Google only allows one review, so I will just reiterate my previous 5 star rating for Concepcion and his team.
