They told me I would have to purchase the paint for the downspouts. I called to see how much paint I would need. They said I would just need a quart.  They sent someone out specially to pull a sample out.  I assumed they would match the downspouts so they can just buy the ones that are pre-painted.  It turns out that are no pre-painted ones in the color I needed to match my other ones.  This again, was not communicate with the project manager.   They need to communicate better, I shouldn't have to be the go between.
