He called us when he was on his way, covered everything with tarps and plastic to keep the dust at bay, even in the adjoining bedroom, down the hallway to the door, and down the steps to the driveway. He let us know that we didn't have any mold or leaks, and everything looked good under the old tile and tub. It took only 2 days!!! And he worked by himself!!!! If we have any problems in the future, we can call Home Concepts, and I have no doubt they will be just as helpful and professional as they were this time.\n\nThank you for making this so easy for us.  We had a little sticker shock at first, and we did take a day to mull it over. We decided to go for it because it really needed to be done, and we aren't getting any younger (late 60s at this point.) He was so knowledgeable from start to finish. He covered anything that could get dust on it, and cleaned up during and after the install.
