“The people at Metropolitan Bath and Tile were fabulous. They replaced two bathrooms to the bare walls. It wasn't a Band-Aid—it was a major fix. I've been involved in real estate all my life, and these are the finest people I've ever dealt with. I would grade them A+++.”
“I had my tub ripped out and a walk-in shower with a vanity put in. I liked everything. I couldn't go to the showroom, so they sent the representative here. He sat down with me for about two hours and walked me through the process. It worked perfectly. The workmanship was perfect. I would grade them an A. They put a drop cloth down, they vacuumed everything up, and they cleaned up. It was unbelievable. They did it best.”
“They did some bathroom renovations, and they did a perfect job. Their quality of work was excellent. I'd give them an A.”
“The whole bathroom was redone. They did a wonderful job, and it's working fine. They were very customer conscientious, they worked with us, and we have a beautiful bathroom. I would grade them an A+”
“They were wonderful. They renovated the three bathrooms of my in-laws' townhouse. They moved to assisted living. The team was incredible. They were really professional and patient. They were always positive and on time, and they always delivered. When things went wrong, like when the light fixture I chose wouldn't work with the medicine cabinet, they helped me with a solution. I'd give them A+. I have already recommended them.”
“Overall, I loved the final product. They sent out their very best people to do the work, and they were quite efficient and did a very neat job. I had my bathroom completely gutted and redone. Everything was probably an A. I did have one issue. I went into the contract thinking that I was getting custom work, but when it came to choosing a vanity out of their catalog, they had nothing that I wanted. I wound up giving them a design, and they built it for me, so it was fine in the end, but I had trouble with what they were trying to bring me to accommodate the way they work. Overall, it worked out fine in the end, but it took a lot longer because of my desires. I don't do usually make recommendations, but I give the scenario of how the work went for me, and let people decide on their own. I would let people know what happened with me. I wouldn't call it a recommendation, but I would tell them about them.”
“They were perfect. Metropolitan Bath & Tile fixed two bathrooms, and they did a little bit of work in the third. They were neat and punctual, and they never left the job and came back five days later—that's very annoying. They cleaned up and vacuumed the steps every single day, and the finished product is wonderful. I would say they're an A company.”
“It was a master bathroom remodel. There wasn't anything really that I didn't like about the service. The lead contractor was absolutely wonderful to all the other contractors that came in, like the painter, plumber, and electrician. They were very thorough. They showed up when they said they were going to, and their number one priority was making sure that I was pleased with the job. I would grade them an A+, absolutely. I would use them again in the future and recommend them.”
“They did a fantastic job. They gutted and redid two bathrooms. I would rate them as an A+. I'm likely to recommend them, because I used them before.”
“The whole process, the sales process especially, and the guy that came out and did the work were excellent. They did a total remake of our upstairs bath. I would give them an A+.”
