“Very wonderful group of people to work with. They have very creative ideas and helped us to implement a much better vision than we had thought of on our own. They do great work and are also pleasant and friendly. The latter is very important because these people spend a lot of time in your house.”
“We have been working with them for 22 years. We recommend them all the time.”
“Foxcraft was an A+ business all the way.”
“I like the work that they do and the customer service they provide. My most recent experience was a follow-up on the property that they renovated for me. We have them come in and do the maintenance work. They follow up and do excellent work.”
“I like Foxcraft's attention to detail. They did an addition.”
“I liked their design work, their conceptual stuff, and walking us through the projects and planning. It was really well done. They did a good job of setting our expectations. We replaced a staircase on the side of our house. We had two external staircases. It's kind of a custom job. We had to replace the two external pieces, and up on a lower part, and then redo the driveway. We enclosed that into an addition. Obviously, we took out a window on the wall and a few other bits and pieces. They did some work on the patio in the back. It was not what you'd call a standard, easily defined project. The only mild issue we had is that, as in most construction projects, the original schedule slipped a little bit and the communication on that was not perfect. But other than that, realistically, on a construction project, that kind of stuff happens. It wasn't perfect, but it was very good. I would recommend them.”
“They remodeled a whole lower level of my house. I would give the overall experience an A+.”
“The personal service attention we got stood out to me. We still have a relationship. I needed them to do something else. They came right away. We had an air conditioner leak, and we were out of the country. They came with just a phone call. They're busy with other projects, so I think the personal service is a standout. They did basement remodeling. I would give the experience an A overall.”
“I liked the work that they do, and I like the customer service that they provide. My most recent experience was a follow-up on the property that they renovated for me. We have them come in and do the maintenance work, and they do a lot of that. They give you the estimate, and we and the renters look to see what needs to be done. Then, they follow up on it and do excellent work. They did the walls, outside painting of the brick, and the ceiling. There have been several things. It's been four years now since they renovated it, so they follow up on all of that.”
“We had a positive experience. They were just easy to work with.”
