“They replaced a compressor on the outside and then put dye in my system to check to see if there was a leak because I'm apparently losing Freon or whatever they put in an air conditioning unit. This was noted the last time I had my air conditioner repaired as well. They were supposed to come back out and check to see where the leak is now after they already put the dye in. I'd give them an A+. They were very upfront with me. I called and they scheduled an appointment right away. I didn't have to wait for a long period of time. When he did come out, he was on time. He was courteous and explained everything he was doing for me. That's what I expect someone to do and he did everything I expected.”
