Tony saved us tens of thousands of dollars because he was able to determine that our system’s heat exchanger is fine! He was fine with me hanging out and happily answered my questions. He was able to explain all of the steps he took to verify that my system is working and that there is no evidence of an issue with the heat exchanger.
