Bradley showed up with a smile and a sewer camera.   I needed the main line cleared but  he discovered after scoping that the 75 year old clay pipe was past its usefulness and full of tree roots.   Bradley gave me several options for repair.   All were reasonable and decently priced for the scope of work.   The next day Bradley and Chris showed up bright and early to replace my main line.    They were hugely respectful of my property and time.    They also rerouted the new line away from the tree to avoid damaging too many roots.
